Noble’s young scholars visit Patterson’s Farm

Our wonderful kindergarten and first grade scholars visited Patterson’s Fruit Farm where they learned all about how apples grow throughout the four seasons of the year. This indoor/outdoor walking trip included an apple to eat and a drink of warm cider. They visited an orchard and the farm market where they watched apples being washed, sorted, and sold. The scholars took a trip to Patterson’s giant apple refrigerator where they got to see the apples that are packaged and stored away, before they are shipped out to local businesses and other parts of the United States. Our young scholars also went to Fun Fest where they got a chance to run around and enjoy various activities.
