Before Winter Break, some of our CYSP students had the opportunity to bake delicious holiday cookies with their mentors, Mrs. Hammond and Mrs. Beahon! Students spent the day making cookies for all of the staff members to enjoy during vacation. Here is what Mrs. Beahon had to say about the bonding/learning experience:
“Students from our Concept Young Scholars Program (CYSP) worked together to provide treats for the school staff for their hard work before the winter break. This fulfilled several hours towards completing Personal Development tasks that students are encouraged to do to help develop social and life skills. Students were able to learn some baking skills while providing for others!”
Our CYSP students are dedicated to learning and passionate about their education. We want to make sure that we give our students the best possible opportunities for their future and encourage them to do nothing less than their personal best!
Please take the time to learn more about our awesome CYSP Program!
