Re-Enrollment for 2008-2009 School Year
	Dear Parent(s) / Guardians: Please fill out the re-enrollment form completely and submit it by mail, or in person, to Mr. Sum by Friday, March 7, 2008 in the office in order to renew your child’s enrollment at Noble Academy Cleveland for the 2008-2009 school year.
In order for your child not to lose his/her privilege to attend Noble Academy Cleveland and to keep his/her spot, you should pay the past due material fee balance in full, and $50 of the material fee for the 2008-2009 school year.
